Heating component butt welding machine for fixtures and pipes manufactured using polyolefin from OD 50 to OD 160 mm (WIDOS 4400) for usage on building positions and in trenches.

The welding machine has a dual clamping ruse with rapid clamping on the secure and on the movable side directed by 2 hydraulic cylinders. There are 2 supple hoses with rapid-action couplings for linking to the hydraulic control component. The dual clamping devices are fastened to the steel pipe frame. The heating element is postponed in the anti-stick and guide shafts coated, has an electronic temperature control with control lamps, digital display, an on/off switch and a linking cable with shock-proof plug. The untying device prevents the heating component from sticking to the pipe after the heating procedure.

For the heat-prevented storage of planer and heating component, a response box is obtainable. Smaller pipe sizes can be clamped through reducer inserts dependent on the pipe width. Further, large and outsized reducer inserts or a mixture of small, large and outsized inserts can be delivered.
